The tank sweep system comprises of 2 to 4 tank sweep units with the same corresponding number of filter units attached to the complete the fully operational system. The tank sweep is bolted to an 18” valve on the tanks circumference, where hoses are attached between the pump, the filter and the tank sweep.
The filter units contain stainless steel filter baskets with a 25mm diameter hole, which is designed to act as a ‘bolt catcher’.
The system performs at a speed where each pump can operate at 560m3 per/hour through the tanks own sweep nozzle at 10 BAR pressure.
